Joshua James Allen, 32, of Bayport was sentenced to 92 months in prison for felony second-degree drugs – sale 10 grams or more – a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 60 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition. He must pay $85 in fines. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle – body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs – not marijuana. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 365 days served.

Julia Diane Jones, 55, of Hayward was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions and pay $620 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for two days served.

Victor Lopez-Velazquez, 35, of Austin was sentenced to 180 days in jail for felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct – sexual contact – victim under 13. He must serve 25 years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $10,585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 36 months in prison.

Tyler David Robertson, 19, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions.

DeeDee Moungkhounuh, 27, of Austin was sentenced to 25 years of probation for felony second-degree drugs – sale 10 grams or more – a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison. She received credit for 160 days served.
