Amy Ann Crews, 31, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at her home.

Amy was born on April 13, 1987, in Austin, the daughter of Jim Richard and Tracey Lynn (Peters) Crews. She was raised in and received her education in Lyle, Minnesota. She enjoyed spending time with her family, riding her bike, camping, fishing and spending time on the water. Amy worked at the Casey’s General Store in Austin and Osage, Iowa, at CRC, The Dollar Tree, and most recently at Americ Inn in Austin.

Survivors include her mother, Tracey Crews of Austin; two sons, Dakoda and Riley Stepp of Austin; a sister, Jamie (Geronimo Deluna, Jr.) Crews of Bricelyn, Minnesota; her maternal grandparents, Ron and Lois (Nelson) Peters of Austin; nephews, Jaden Crews, Kaden Crews, David Maphanh and Geronimo Deluna, III; significant other, Brandon Boysen; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Crews; a daughter, Ava Mater; and her paternal grandparents, Gerald and Leona (Sargent) Crews.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin with Pastor Mark Niethammer officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at a later date in Woodbury Cemetery in rural Lyle.
