Christopher James Grover of Jennings, Louisiana, died April 1, 2015, at Melville, Louisiana.

Christopher was born Nov. 30, 1982, in Covington, Louisiana, to Freddie and Janice Grover. He graduated from Fountain Bleau High School. After graduation, he became a partner with his father in the concession business. They traveled on different carnival routes in the south and midwest states. This provided summer work for many of his cousins keeping close family ties.

Christopher enjoyed reading, golfing, and getting information off the internet not only for the business but also keeping himself informed on what was happening around the world.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Janice.

He is survived by his father, Freddie Grover; brothers: Billy Banks and Bobby Banks; and one sister, Shannon Mensink.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015, at Crane Community Chapel in Austin, Minnesota, with a visitation one hour before the service.
