Ashley Brandel, daughter of Sharon and Peter Brandel of New Ulm, was united in marriage to Joseph Veeder, son of Margaret and Jeffrey Veeder of International Falls.

The couple was married at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2010, at Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm.

Ashley’s grandparents are Frances and the late, Francis Brandel and Wallace and Shirley Wendinger, all of New Ulm. The groom’s grandparents are the late, Harvey and Elizabeth Veeder and the late Charles and Edith Preuss

Ashley is a 2005 graduate of Cathedral High School and a 2009 graduate of the College of St. Benedict, majoring in management. She is employed with Community Bank.

Joseph is a 2005 graduate of Falls High School and a 2009 graduate of St. John’s University also majoring in management. He is employed with Hormel Foods.
