Tonya Rae Miller, of Farmington, Minn., died July 30, 2009.
She is survived by her parents, Kevin and Jeanette Slavik; sister, Trisha (Lee) Efta; fiance, Tim Schmidt; grandparents, Phyllis and Pete Petersen, Mary Ann Slavik; four nephews; and three sons of her fiance.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, Aug. 2, at 3 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, New Prague, Minn. Internment will be held at Grandview Cemetery, Austin. Bruzek Funeral Home, New Prague, is handling arrangements: (952) 758-4949.
