The Riverland Community College women’s basketball team gave RCTC a run for its money, but in the end the Yellowjackets prevailed with a 62-58 win in a Region XIII Quarterfinal in Anoka Saturday.

Kenai Holien logged all 40 minutes for the Blue Devils (13-12 overall) as she finished with 20 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Austin grad Cassidy Shute scored three points for RCTC (21-3 overall).
