Paint the Rink Pink has had a sellout crowd of about 2,000 fans every year and is the Bruins’ most well attended game.

This year, players will wear special jerseys with the name of individuals who have survived cancer, are currently fighting cancer or have lost the battle to cancer. Names were sold for $50 each.

As with previous Paint the Rink Pink events, the Bruins will hold a postgame auction on items such as game jerseys and a team-signed jersey. Last year’s auction raised over $24,000.

The game is scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are available for $11 for adults and $8 for students and seniors at Hy-Vee, Games People Play, Holiday Inn, or Jim’s Market Place.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors at the Bruins box office at Riverside Arena.

Go Bruins!
