The Riverland Blue Devils men’s basletball team lost on the road Saturday to nationally ranked No. 10 Rochester Community and Technical College 83-61.

The loss puts the Blue Devils at 11-6 overall and 2-2 in the MCAC South. They trailed 44-27 at the break.

“They beat us up pretty bad on the boards,” head coach Derek Hahn said. “We didn’t shoot the ball real well and struggled against their pressure.”

Robert Parker and DeAndre Smith led the Blue Devils with 19 points each.
