Runnings raised the funds through the Austin store’s second annual Ladies Night Out event Oct. 21. The event drew about 500 people. For the 2015 PTTP, the Austin Runnings store donated nearly $1,500 overall from fundraising efforts in October and February. The 2016 PTTP initiative has events throughout the year in Austin and numerous other communities but officially will run from Jan. 30 to Feb. 14, with a fundraising goal of $200,000 overall.
