Hollie Flatness of Albert Lea, Minnesota and Mark Grand of Austin, Minnesota have announced their engagement.

Hollie is the daughter of Kim and the late Jerry Flatness. She graduated from Albert Lea High School in 2007 and currently is employed at Gerard Academy. Grandparents are Glen Flatness of Albert Lea and Phyllis Cox of Albert Lea. Mark is the son of Cindy and Dean Grant. He graduated from Blooming Prairie High School in 2004 and Waldorf College in 2008 with a degree in history. He is currently employed at Ladwig Organic Dairy Farm. Grandparents are Dorothy Rosin of Nicollet, Minnesota, Eileen Grant of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Marvin Rosin and Ordean Grant, both deceased.

The couple will be wed 4 p.m. on Dec. 19, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. They will reside in Blooming Prairie following the wedding.
