Blue Devil baseball team sweeps Central Lakes

The Riverland Community College baseball team had a big pitching performance in game one as they swept Central Lakes by scores of 8-1 and 12-2 in Dick Seltz Field Saturday.
Cody Schacht, a sophomore from Glitner, Neb., threw a no-hitter in the first game as he struck out eight for RCC (15-10 overall, 3-1 MCAC South). Sam Roosen, who is from Kenyon-Wanamingo, hit a 3-run home run in the second inning of the second game to break it open.
