Mower Refreshed is hosting a luncheon the help business leaders share ideas and collaborate to find ways to promote happy and healthy employees.

Refreshed will hold a Lunch & Learn event from noon to 1 p.m. on Oct. 22 at the Austin Public Library, 324 Fourth Ave. NE.

Those attending will be able to discuss steps that will help businesses increase productivity, decrease absenteeism, and decrease healthcare costs.
