Melissa Kaderabek, daughter of Dawn and Mike Kaderabek of Racine, and Gary Quam, son of Gaylan and the late Marilyn Honsey of Stewartville, proudly announce their engagement. The couple will marry Aug. 31, 2013, at Rochester Golf and Country Club.

Melissa graduated from Stewartville High School in 2002 and from St. Thomas University in 2007 with a license in marriage and family therapy. She works at the Bluestem Center in Rochester. Her grandparents are Jerome and DeLoris Wuerflein of Albert Lea, the late Myron Kaderabek of Austin, Jerry and Norma Nordstrom of Rochester, and Audrey Gentz-wolf of Stewartville.

Gary graduated from Stewartville High School in 2001 and from Concordia with a major in education. He works at the school district in Stewartville.
