The Austin All Stars 35th annual Youth International baseball Tournament will be held this weekend at Todd Park north diamonds.

The tourney will have teams from Minnesota, Canada, Wisconsin and Iowa in competition.

The All Stars board of directors, announced that this year’s tourney will be dedicated to the program’s founder, Gabby Weiss. The Stars sill also present an award of merit to Austin Park and Rec Activities Director Val Pitzen and to the Lyle American Legion, during opening Ceremonies, which will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Play will begin at 10 a.m. Friday, with the title game set for Sunday.

A small gate fee will be charged, to all fans 18 to 59. Under 18 and over age 59 will be admitted free.
