Jackie Eckblad, daughter of Priscilla and Bruce Eckblad of Red Wing, and Joseph Waller, son of Jan and Jack Waller of Austin, proudly announce their marriage.

Jackie is a 2001 Red Wing High School graduate and a 2006 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with bachelor’s degrees in biotechnology and German. She is a production scientist at Beckman Coulter Inc. in Chaska.

Joseph is a 1994 Austin High School graduate and a 2010 graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato with a master’s degree in social work. He is a skills trainer/family therapist in the multidimensional treatment foster care program at St. David’s Center for Child and Family Development in St. Louis Park, Minn.

Marjorie Heiny of Austin is a proud grandparent.
