Melissa Hyland, daughter of Mary and Jesse Hyland of Austin, and Peter Korfhage, son of Sue and Jason Korfhage of Austin, are proud to announce their engagement.

Melissa is a Austin High School graduate and a Winona State graduate with a major in elementary education. She is a teacher at Rochester Arts and Sciences Academy.

Peter is a graduate of Lyle High School and a self-employed Internet marketer.

Melissa and Peter will marry at Queen of Angels Church in Austin, August of 2011. The couple will reside in Austin.
