AHS Science Olympiad team to compete at Bethel University

The Austin High School Science Olympiad team competed at Century High School on Feb. 13. Their scores allowed them to move on to the State Competition at Bethel University, which will take place March 5. Medalists were: Nora Curtis and Livia Dyke in forensics. Other members included: Okuny Awow, Ngahdi Awow, Christine Nelson, Cody Berglund, Noah Lund, Sam Woodhouse, and Michael Carroll. Events they competed in included forensics, electric vehicle, air trajectory, anatomy and physiology, robot arm, astronomy, bridge building, fossils, chemistry lab, green generation, It’s About Time, wind power, and Write It, Do It.
