MINNEAPOLIS — A Minneapolis middle school was locked down after a report of a student with a gun.

Police spokesman John Elder says one person was arrested. Minneapolis Public Schools say the lockdown at Anwatin Middle School Tuesday morning lasted less than a half hour. A BB gun was recovered. The school district is notifying families of students about the incident.
