The YMCA kicked off September with the two of our youth programs — cheerleading camp and flag football clinic/season.

Austin cheer coach Billy Jo Wicks and Austin head football coach Brett Vesel ran the camp and clinic for boys and girls in grades kindergarten through fourth.

“The day consisted of fundamental skills and lots of fun. It was great to see all the kids enjoying themselves on the new field at Wescott Complex,” Ruth Chamberlain said. “We appreciate all the years Austin High School has volunteered their time and dedication of working with the youth in our community.”
