Dr. John Henry Nelson, 70, of Austin, Minnesota, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Home.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 5, 2015, at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Austin with Pastor Mike Olmsted officiating. Military rites will be performed by American Legion Post 91 and VFW Post 1216.

Visitation: Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Funeral Home: Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is assisting the family with arrangements.
