Judith K. Kollar, 69, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, died at her home on Monday, May 11, 2015.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie with Pastor Heidi Heimgartner officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the church one hour before the service.

Funeral Home: Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
