ADAMS —The Southland volleyball team lost to Chatfield (4-1 overall) 25-13, 25-8, 25-17 in Adams Thursday.

Morgan Schmitz and Olivia Gray each had seven kills for the Rebels (4-9 overall).

“Chatfield is an excellent team,” Southland head coach Andrea McKichan said. “We should be proud of our performance tonight, especially in game three. We stuck with them and dug up a lot of hard hit balls.”
