Hormel declares quarterly dividend
The Board of Directors of Hormel Foods Corp. has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation.
The dividend will be paid Aug. 15, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 23.
The Aug. 15 payment will be the 336th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the company. Since becoming a public company in 1928, Hormel has paid a regular quarterly dividend without interruption.
