Surgeon joins Mayo Clinic in Austin, Albert Lea

Dr. Eduardo Antpack has joined the department of General Surgery at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea and Austin.

He earned his medical degree at Universidade Federal de Ciencias da Saude in Porto Alegre, Brazil. He completed his residency in general surgery and fellowship in surgical critical care at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. He is board-certified by the American College of Surgeons.

Antpack has special interests in minimally invasive surgery, trauma and critical care.

“I’m excited to bring my surgical skills to help patients in the Austin and Albert Lea communities. It is a great privilege to be part of the healing process doing what I love to do.”

In his free time, Antpack enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, reading books, traveling and bike riding.
