Athletics beat Cards
The Lyle/Pacelli boys basketball team closed out its regular season with a 72-58 win over LeRoy/Ostrander (4-21 overall, 3-15 SEC) in Lyle Saturday.
L/P (8-16 overall, 8-11 SEC) trailed 31-29 at the half.
“It was a good win and we’re starting to get it on offense,” L/P head coach Casey Anderson said. “We did well with passing and rebounding and that’s how we won.”
Skylar Meyer had 24 points and 12 rebounds for L/P.
