—Erika Janelle Bure, 21, of Austin. Convicted of two counts of felony second-degree drugs sale of 3 or more grams of cocaine/methamphetamine/heroin in separate cases. Sentenced to 78 months in prison, 58 months in prison, concurrent sentences. Offense date: Dec. 11, 2013, Nov. 19, 2013.

—Jon Thomas Faas, 25, of Austin. Convicted of felony fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation, $50 fine, 40 hours of community service. Offense date: Sept. 30, 2013.

—Linda Aurora Fuentes, 30, of Willmar. Convicted of felony storing methamphetamine in the presence of a child. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation, $500 fine. Offense date: Jan. 8, 2013.

—Encarnacion Garcia, 53, of Austin. Convicted of felony fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation, $500 fine. Offense date: Oct. 4, 2013.

—Raymundo Gonzalez-Marcial, 21, of Austin. Convicted of felony fifth-degree drug possession, obstructing legal process. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation, 40 hours of community service, $900 fine. Offense date: Oct. 7, 2013.

—Erin Patrice Johnson, 46, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation, $500 fine. Offense date: Dec. 20, 2013.

—David Martinez, 26, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation, 125 hours of community service. Offense date: Jan. 12, 2014.

—Juan Morales, 24, of Austin. Convicted of gross misdemeanor domestic assault. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation, $500 fine. Offense date: Aug. 8, 2013.

—Juan Vasquez, Jr. 37, of Austin. Convicted of felony fifth-degree marijuana possession. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation, $50 fine. Offense date: March 6, 2014.

—Emilio Mendez Rubi, 37, of Marshalltown, Iowa. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year supervised probation, $900 fine. Offense date: Sept. 2, 2013.

—Denis Jon Tufte, 56, of Waltham. Convicted of felony terroristic threats. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation, $500 fine. Offense date: Sept. 5, 2013.
