Julie Sayles Lange was awarded the Milk Pitcher Award for 2020 recently. The award was in recognition of years of helpiing serve real dairy products. Lange is a former dairy princess attendant and is always willing to help with dairy tours and working in the American Dairy Association malt stand. June is Dairy Month and even though the April 4 Dairy Princess Banquet had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the princesses and milk maid were still able to be crowned. Jenna Bentzin, left, is the daughter of Cheri and Ed Smith of Rose Creek and Craig Bentzin. Center Victoria Hansen, center, is the daughter of Kaye and Corey Hansen of Austin.
