Superlarks grab momentum to beat Hurricanes

The Grand Meadow football team dominated the final three quarters of the game as it beat Houston (5-3 overall) 43-6 in GM Wednesday night.

The Hurricanes scored first when Alex Van Gundy hauled in a 52-yard TD pass from Mikkel Shuttle in the first quarter, but Ben Walters blocked a punt for a safety to get GM going at the end of the first quarter.

Daniel Smith and Evan Oehlke each had TD runs in the second quarter to turn momentum in GM’s favor.

Dusty Copley ran for 155 yards and two TDs for the Superlarks (7-1 overall).
