The Grand Meadow football team opened strong as it beat Lanesboro (1-3 overall) 49-24 in Lanesboro Friday.

The Superlarks (3-1 overall) led 21-0 after the first quarter and they held a 49-0 lead after three quarters.

Dusty Copley had 143 yards of offense and three TDs for GM.
