Cardinals topple Lyle-Pacelli

The LeRoy-Ostrander football team blasted Lyle-Pacelli (0-1 overall) 67-14 to open its season in LeRoy Friday.

Carter Johnson racked up 157 yards and three TDs on the ground for the Cardinals (1-0 overall) and Riley Olson had a rushing TD, a receiving TD and a fumble recovery for a TD.

“It’s a great way for us to start the season,” LO head coach Trevor Carrier said. “You’ve got to enjoy a big win like this.
