The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team won 52-36 at United South Central (10-9 overall, 4-4 Gopher) Friday.

The win gives the Awesome Blossoms (17-2 overall, 10-0 Gopher) a share of their first Gopher conference title since 2008. BP can win the conference outright by winning at least one of its last two Gopher Conference games.

BP jumped out to a 14-0 lead to open Friday night’s game and Kaci Gwilt had a team-high 13 points.
