Daniel and Nicole Dahl and their daughter Regan of Manhatten, Kan. proudly announce the birth of a daughter and sister Piper Cassandra. She weighed 8 pound, 3 ounce and was 20 inches long. Grandparents are Dennis and Ruth Kiefer of RR Racine and Rick and Pat Dahl of Stewartville. Greatgrandparents are Norma Kiefer of Taopi, Marian Huntley-Lickteig of Rose Creek and Alice and Lloyd Hardecoff of rural LeRoy.
