A large tree branch fell on a home at 1627 Oakland Ave. E sometime after 5 a.m. today, briefly knocking out power for nearby residents.

Homeowner Chris Stundahl said high winds likely broke the branch. Though the branch rests on Stundahl’s house, damage was only minor and limited to the siding. Power was only out for a short time.
