ALBERT LEA — The Austin boys hockey team lost to Albert Lea (7-8 overall, 7-2 Big Nine) 5-1 on the road Tuesday.

The Packers (5-8-1 overall, 2-5 Big Nine) got on the board in the second period when Tony Baudler scored a powerplay goal on an assist from Marcus Stoulil to make it 2-1, but that was all the offense they could produce on 17 shots.

“We didn’t come to play at all,” Austin head coach Erik LaRock said. “We had no forechecking and we gave up way too many shots.”
