LYLE — The Lyle-Pacelli boys basketball team closed out strong in a 68-46 win over Mabel-Canton (3-9 overall, 3-5 SEC) in Lyle Friday.

The Athletics (7-4 overall, 6-2 SEC) closed the game out on a 24-2 run.

David Diang, Jordan Hart and Skylar Meyer combined for 60 of LP’s points in the win.

“Jordan played a good game for us and we need that out of David,” LP head coach Casey Anderson said. “Our defense was a lot better in the second half and so was the intensity.”
