The Grand Meadow boys basketball team held an 18-point halftime lead but they had to hold on to beat Randolph (1-12 overall) 62-61 on the road Tuesday.

“We had way too many turnovers in the second half,” GM head coach Chad Burmester said. “We have got to become a smarter more patient team at the end of games when we have the lead.”

Andrew Riedemann scored most of his 18 points in the first half to put the Superlarks (6-7 overall) up big early on.
