The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team had 12 players score as it cruised past Alden-Conger (6-8 overall) by a score of 61-31 in Alden Monday.

The Awesome Blossoms (6-9 overall) out-rebounded the Knights 38-26 in the win. Melanie Grant pulled down seven rebounds for BP and Cortney Easton added four assists.

BP broke the 60-point mark for the first time all season Monday.

“We’re starting to score a little more and were finding a little groove,” BP head coach John Worke said.
