Errol “Ozzie” W. Osmonson, age 82, of Big Falls, MN passed away Monday, June 17, 2024 at the Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia.

Graveside Service Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery (715 US-52) in Preston, MN.

A New Years baby, Ozzie was born Jan 1, 1942 in Austin, MN, the son of Rufus and Valda (Boe) Osmonson.

If it is true that a man can be judged by the character of his friends, Ozzie was certainly a good man. He adored time spent with them and was there whenever needed. Ozzie also had a great love of the outdoors. He embraced every opportunity to be in the wilderness, especially hunting or fishing.

Ozzie was preceded in death by his parents Rufus and Valda Osmonson; siblings Dorothy Owens, Donald Osmonson, Marilyn Weed, Lowell Osmonson, Duane Osmonson and 2 infant brothers.

Ozzie is survived by his loving family: siblings James Osmonson of Moscow, Merlind Osmonson of Harmony, Craig Osmonson of Albert Lea; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
