— Becky Jo Boser, 37, Waltham, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $200 for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud-use with no consent. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. She was given credit for two days served.

— Alexis Michelle Bourke, 23, Isanti, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony theft-take/drive a motor vehicle no owner consent. She must follow several conditions. She has also been sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 120 days in jail. She was given credit for 60 days served.

— Patrick John Dion, 40, St. Cloud, was sentenced to 100 months in prison for felony first degree-possess 100 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine.

— Artemio Godoy, Jr., Austin, 30, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony third degree drugs possession-possess 10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 21 months in prison.

— Chaun Lamar Johnson, II, 25, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony burglary third degree, enters without consent with intent to steal/commit felony or gross misdemeanor. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 12 months and one day in prison.

— Jose Maria Oporta Romero, 31, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI operate motor vehicle – alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours.
