— Casey Steven Bell, 25, Lake Mills, Iowa, has been sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony third degree-possess 10 grams or more a narcotic drug other than heroin. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 33 months in prison. He was also sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony third degree sale-narcotic. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 27 months in prison. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test. He must also follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 274 days in jail. He was given credit for 43 days served. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor unlawful possession of firearm by ineligible person. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 274 days in jail.

— Christopher Robert Hernandez, 31, Glenville, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $200 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault subsequent violation. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 359 days in jail. He was given credit for five days served.

— Allen James Iverson, 38, Rochester, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $300 for felony violate order for protection. He must follow several conditions.

— Dylan Arthur Leeper, 30, Austin, was sentenced to 48 months in prison for felony aggravated robbery-possess a dangerous weapon. He must also pay $715 in restitution. Sentence is to run concurrently with a previous conviction.

— David Michael Mattson-Fuller, 25, Austin, was sentenced to 45 months in prison for felony second degree assault-dangerous weapon-substantial bodily harm.

— Phetnarong Nong Phomsoukha, 44, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 362 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

— Tommy Pretrick, 24, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 164 days in jail. He was given credit for 16 days served.

— Tyler Ray Selix, 28, Mora, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony take/drive motor vehicle-no owner consent. He must also pay $762.99 in restitution and follow several conditions.

— Julio Cesar Silva Garcia, 26, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $900 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.

— Gregory Robert Soderberg, 50, Austin, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.

— Aaron Michael Tapp, 39, Austin, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.

— Zachary Michael Borgschatz, 41, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor fifth degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4. He must follow several conditions. He was also sentenced to supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-any amount schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 362 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

—Tyler Stephen Borgschatz, 48, Lake City, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow convictions. Failure to do so could result in 130 days in jail. He was given credit for 50 days served.

— Kyle David Magyar, 39, Prescott, Wisconsin, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-any amount schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Jacob Joshua McAlister, 45, Twin Lakes, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor fifth degree drugs-possess 1,2,3,4 – not small amount marijuana.
