Austin Squirt C team places third in District 9 Tournament

- Austin Squirt C had their District 9 Tournament in Owatonna on Feb. 23-25 and took home the third place trophy. Squirt C ended the third period tied 3-3. This then went into overtime with 4-on-4. No one scored which then put the team into a five-man shootout. Jacob Finley scored the winning point in a shootout to win 4-3 against Mankato Black. Members of the team include Tyler Pell, Joshua Finley, Oliver Holtorf, Noah Scherger, Trayton Marin, Emmett Harmer, Jax Pehrson, Ryler Battin, Luis Hernandez, Jacob Finley, Zander Osbment, Nate Goins, Jaxson Pogalz, Cooper Rathke.
