— Omot Oman Alak, 55, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Ascension Sebastian Alejo, 31, Austin, was sentenced to 364 days in jail for gross misdemeanor illegal alien in possession of firearm ammunition. He was given credit for 132 days served.

— James Paul Hutchinson, 41, Austin, was sentenced to 31 months in prison for felony predatory offender knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement.

— Mongi Gilo Obang, 21, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor third degree damage to property — reduce value $501-$1,000. He must also pay $700.46 in restitution.

— Raul Xhacu Herrera, 35, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Michael Thomas Barren, 27, Minnesota Correctional Facility-St. Cloud, was sentenced to 39 months in prison for felony third degree drugs sales.

— Darin Douglas Finley, 36, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. He must follow several conditions. Failure do do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served.

— Jeffrey Derek Hall, 39, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.
