Conference one-act play meet to be featured in Southland on Saturday

Southland High School will be the place to be Saturday for the Southeast Conference One Act Play Festival.

This free event open to the public will be held within the Southland School Theatre and will feature five school one-act play teams presenting 30 minute plays.

The day starts at 9 a.m. and will run through 3 p.m. Concessions are available.

The schedule of performances will be: 

9 a.m.: Lanesboro  “I’m an Original”

10 a.m.: Kingsland  “About Her”

11 a.m.: LeRoy-Ostrander “A Midsummer nights Dream”

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Lunch break

1 p.m.: Houston “Crafting a Killer”

2 p.m.: Southland “The Blue and the Grey”
