— Ashley Renee Derider, 34, Faribault, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable property-no consent. She must follow several conditions.

— Scott Alan Fox, 51, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $495 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours.He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Mohammad Altigani Tabit Gourma, 45, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

— Isaiah Anthony Hillman, 20, Glenville, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $50 for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must also pay $1,292.53. He was also sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor child endangerment. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.

— Phouminh Kullavongsa, 43, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and 180 days in jail for felony fifth degree drugs possession. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 19 months in prison. He was given credit for 120 days served. He was also sentenced to 180 days (credit for 120 served) in jail for gross misdemeanor third degre DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance.

— Babara Jo Larson, 29, Shakopee, was sentenced to 21 months in prison and fined $50 for felony check forgery.

— James Eugene Vagt, 52, New Richmond, Wisconsin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $200 for felony violate order for protection. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison.
