— Jose Juan Alvarez-Bentzin, Jr., 25, Austin, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for felony second degree assault with a dangerous weapon, 13 months for felony commit a crime while wearing/possessing bullet resistant vest and 21 months for felony third degree drugs sale-narcotic. All sentences are to run concurrently.

— Latasha Marie Beighley, 28, Albert Lea, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony third degree drugs sale. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could  result in 21 months in prison.

—Ryan Steven Corey, 43, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served.

— Kyle James Hutchinson, 38, St. Cloud, was sentenced to 17 months in prison for felony fifth degree drugs possession.

— Tavasha Natishae Johnson, 28, St. Paul, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony second degree drugs – sale of 10 grams or more – a narcotic other than heroin within a 90 day period. She must follow several conditions.

— Victoria Ann Lopez, 36, Albert Lea, was sentenced to 49 months in prison for felony third degree drugs – possess 10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin. 

— Robert LeRoy Marshall, 48, St. Cloud, was sentenced to 364 days in jail for felony escape from custody. He was given credit for 230 days served. 

— Joel Vargas, 51, Austin, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and fined $50 for felony third degree burglary-steal/commit felony or gross misdemeanor. He was also sentenced to 27 months in prison and fined $50 for felony violate a no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. 

— Julio Cesar Mendez, 29, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 60 months in prison.

— Adam Ly Haas, 31, was sentenced to two years supervisd probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions.

— Daniel Eric Koontz-Nolta, 34, Blooming Prairie, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs possession-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 – not small amount of marijuana. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 12 months and one day in prison. He was also sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300  for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 163 days in jail. He was given credit for 17 days served. 

— Karissa Rae Reimers, 24, New Ulm, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony fourth degree assault of a correctional employee, probation officer, prosecutor or judge. She must follow several conditions. 

—Mark Anthony Sanford, 38, Stewartville, was sentenced to 50 years in prison and fined $100 for felony DWI operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana and he was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions, failure to do so could result in 226 days in jail. He was given credit for 139 days served.
