Anthony Robert Baker, 26, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 30 days in jail. He received a concurrent sentence of one year of probation for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation – bodily harm – leave scene of collision. He must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Jacob Richard Greenback, 25, of Austin was sentenced to 91 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 17 days served. The sentence is concurrent with another case.

Austin Douglas Kinder, 22, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony third-degree drugs – sale of a narcotic. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 150 days served.

Bolis Awere Martin Madol Macheik, 25, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow a few conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Chanelle Monique McCamish, 39, of Ellendale was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent. She must follow a few conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Abajado Alamo Ojulu, 28, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. He received credit for seven days served.

Tramale Traymond Pitchford, 19, of St. Paul was sentenced to five years of probation for felony violate domestic abuse no contact order. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 55 days served. He received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony violate no contact order – within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 71 days served.

Rogelio Rodriguez-Sanchez, 76, of Austin was sentenced to 10 years of probation for felony second-degree drugs – possess 25 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 108 months in prison.

Thania Sanchez, 27, of Rochester was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle – body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs – not marijuana. She must follow a few conditions and pay $620 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

Jayden Leonard Sheldon, 29, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony third-degree assault – substantial bodily harm. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines. He received credit for 30 days served.

Isaiah Ray Talamantes, 25, of Austin was sentenced to 51 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 17 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession.
