—Zachariah Eugene Ahrens, 25, of Blooming Prairie was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $510 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for two days served.

—Benjamin James Bergstrom, 38, of Dexter was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety. He must follow one condition and pay $50 in fines.

—Holden Jimmy, 32, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must spend 87 days on electronic home monitoring, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 364 days in jail. He received credit for three days served.

—Christian Alfonso Manzano, 22, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison.

—Paul James Mason, 22, of Adams was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of one year of probation for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 31 days served.

—James Gregory Mix, 33, of Elkton was sentenced to two years of probation for felony first-degree burglary – occupied dwelling. He must follow several conditions. He received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation for gross misdemeanor obstruct the legal process – interfere with a peace officer. He must follow several conditions.
