Rose Marie (Brown) Guy, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov. 22, 2019, surrounded by her children after living a blessed life of 95 years.

Rose grew up in Austin, Minnesota, and attended Austin High School. Rose married her high school sweetheart, Arthur Robert (Bob) Guy, on Dec. 4, 1943. They raised their four children on their farm in the Oakland, Minnesota, area just west of Austin. Rose was a leader in the Oakland 4-H Club, where her kids were members. She was also active in the Westminster Presbyterian Church and the Elks Club.

In 2000, Rose and Bob moved to Chandler, Arizona, to escape Minnesota winters, play more golf, and be closer to their children. Rose and Bob were active in their church, Chandler Presbyterian, and the local community. Bob passed away in August 2017 after nearly 74 years of marriage. Rose will be remembered for all the love and kindness she shared with so many friends and family.
