Nathaniel Ambrose, 25, of Austin was sentenced to 86 months in prison for felony first-degree assault – great bodily harm. He must pay $46,145.87 in fines.

Hector Joseph Edward Boissonneault, 43, of Janesville, Wisconsin, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, which may be stayed if an ignition interlock is in place on his vehicle by May 1, for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He must serve two years of probation, spend 60 days on electronic home monitoring, follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 265 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.

Casimir Robert Krithers, 37, of Duluth was sentenced to 18 months in prison for felony receiving stolen property.

Robert Allan Lohr, 64, of Clark, South Dakota, was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI – refuse to submit to breath test. he must follow a few conditions and pay $985 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Joshua James Mourning, 31, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 91 days served.

Joleen Carol Muhlbauer, 53, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor theft – take/use/transfer movable property without consent. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for 57 days served.

Ryan Ervin Wheeler, 37, of Albert Lea was sentenced to two years of probation for felony check forgery – offer/possess with intent to defraud. He must follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines.
