Dixie Lou Denhof, 40, of Austin was sentenced to 10 years of probation for felony check forgery – offer or posses – intent to defraud. She must follow several conditions and pay $717.04 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 19 months in prison. She received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions and pay $661.99 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 19 months in prison. She received another concurrent sentence of five years probation for felony issue dishonored checks. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,651.53 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison. She received credit for 18 days served.

William Howard Grever, 55, of Brownsdale was sentenced to two concurrent prison terms of 60 months for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He received a concurrent sentence of 60 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition. He received another concurrent sentence of 21 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must pay $85 in fines.

Billy James Osburn, 39, of Rochester was sentenced to 365 days in jail, to be staggered over seven years unless deferred by a motion, for felony first-degree DWI – under the influence of a controlled substance. He must serve seven years of probation, spend 210 days on electronic home monitoring (staggered in 30 day increments over seven years), follow several conditions and pay $160 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison.

Stephanie Marie Navarro Renteria, 32, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony third-degree drugs – sale – narcotic. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. She received credit for 76 days served.
